Excellent displays Wide-ranging variety of artists and art forms The crowd was moderate - enough people to give off a vibe of excitement, but not so many that it was hard moving around, reading captions/explanations, and getting some up-close views of the work Easy access to stairs and elevators Exciting to see in-person some works we have only encountered in books or via video
Beautiful exhibition, everything very neat, staff welcoming and never intrusive, even the management of the rooms was exceptional. Highly recommended, as times are better in the morning, you have more time to admire all the art operetta present.

The exhibit was great and our whole group enjoyed our time there. At one point I needed to meet up with my friends and asked a guard where to go. He very kindly and patiently showed me the route to that gallery.
I saved a couple bucks per ticket for 2 tickets and when I had a problem with my credit card, I messaged the chat bot and got it cleared up right away! The museum was very nice and well staffed.
The starry night, we have been eager to see, was so impressive and amazing. The experience to see masterpieces, Picasso, Matisse, Cezanne, directly with my own eyes was so great.
The worker named Israel from Mexico City- was so nice, helpful and just made the experience so memorable!! He rocks 🥰
Had not been to MOMA in many years so it was nice to see the new layouts and the regular collections. Exhibits were spacious and it did not feel crowded even on Veterans Day.
i was expecting a typical art gallery experience but was very impressed with the 60 minute multi-screen musical experience and the sports floor especially. unfortunately my booking experiences wasn't so wonderful, I booked online, thought i was booking for San Francisco but purchased a ticket for NYC, which I was told is non-refundable. I'd like to see more flexibility for this esp. in consideration of simple errors.
I visited the museum on my own using the directions provided via the QR code on the Moma website. Everything was very clear. The staff was very kind in showing me what was the best route to take and where to start so that I could visit all the areas. At the 'entrance I didn't find the line of people I went right in and downloaded the app. Everything was perfect

I loved the exhibition. I arrived at 2pm so there were not much people and it was easy to visit all the art. I had the chance to spend some time at the Picaso, Monet, Dali and other paitings I wanted to see. Great experience. I will come back soon
Excellent MOMA and the cruise. MOMA is always innovative and the exhibition is great. As for the cruise, I thought it was the best! Very good service and the guide explained everything during the trip and told us new facts!!! In short, very good and highly recommend the combo!!!

I was leaving for town after my visit and had a poster in my bag. I had to go to the Hilton. I wish I could have checked it with my bags.
I loved all the pieces especially the ones by Picasso my favorite piece is "3 drunk musicians" as well it was amazing to see the starry night in person and a bunch of Jackson pollocks pieces
Ticketing experience was easy, museum was amazing - I hadn't expected the vast range of artists and art that was exhibited there (particularly from the likes of Van Gogh and Monet).
Very convenient way to purchase tickets to the MOMA, and at a discount, too! I don't have to line up. The exhibit was great .
I was really happy to visit the MoMA, which was a recommendation from my plane neighbor :) The display of the paintings was very nice!
Each floor left us speechless!! Alot of of exhibits made me emotional. My favorite was the "herbs & spices" room, it smelled divine! I'm a Chef Instructor at a High School in Charleston, SC so that room really touched me.
The entire museum is lovely. Extremely surprised by some of the well known pieces housed there. I would recommend for anyone visiting NYC and looking for a great daytime date.
There was a corwded place at the Edge, it was impossible to take a picture, there will be a limited access, I have no opinion about the experience in there, since it was a mess.
We went to see Van Gogh's Starry Moonlit Night. I was very disappointed that I could not see the Olive Tree. Monet's great works, Chagall, Picasso, Dali, etc. were wonderful. I wish I could have spent more time there because I had limited time. (So far, it is OK to put it on the website) I think it would have been useful to have a guide to the rooms exhibited by each artist [e.g., Monet (505.508)] on the Internet. It was my first time and I was in a hurry because I could not display the QR code properly. I am 64 years old. I would have appreciated it if you could have summarized the steps in order of number after getting the ticket on the Internet for the elderly people overseas. I should have used more information. I do not want it to be included in the review.

I presented a ticket to the entry person. THey said I needed to go wait in line to validate the voucher and get a ticket. THis was half an hour extra time. My electronic ticket obtained from a third party (apparantly) said "ticket" on it. Everyone at the venue kept saying this is not a ticket. Very frustrating. You should make sure your patners who are authorized to sell vouchers that they need to make sure customers are aware that these are not tickets. Or allow the vouchers/ticket to be used for entry, like tickets bought at the venue. The whole idea of buying on line is to skip the line. This process was frustrating and should be addressed. THis has to be a common complaint. You can do better.
This was an awsome expirence cause I can learn more obout evolution and the importance of insects in the human being,. My little girl enjoyed a lot too.

I thought we were buying direct tickets and when we arrived we had vouchers that needed to be exchanged for tickets. We were with a large group so were separated as we had to go through a different line and wait. Versus had we just waited in line to buy tickets.
The starry night, we have been eager to see, was so impressive and amazing. The experience to see masterpieces, Picasso, Matisse, Cezanne, directly with my own eyes was so great.
Everything was good.the only thing I didn't like it was that you actually don't buy a ticket you buy a "voucher " and you have to make a line to receive your tickets so, technically you waste time in that, you could make the same line to buy direct ticket too
The worker named Israel from Mexico City- was so nice, helpful and just made the experience so memorable!! He rocks 🥰

time to get inside to the main event took way too long. i thougt i was at disney world, not what I was expecting or cared for.. once inside the main area, everything was fine..but the lines getting to this main even was just too long and too slow for my taste
I could have spent all day on the observation deck. This experience was amazingly breathtaking. The only downside was when trying to leave. The line to exit was wrapped around twice with no clear beginning or end. There were so many people you really could not move. In the event of an emergency, it could have ended poorly. Establishing a better exit strategy will make this experience even more magical than it already was.

The access point was not clearly marked, lines to go up and down were too long, and the observation deck too crowded to enjoy. This is a recipe for sowing bad behavior among customers, and we saw that, too. We will not come back or recommend this activity to anyone else.
Seeeing the Empire State was amazing. I think it's slightly overpriced, whilst we were there8( of us) We all wanted a drink and I found the drinks and gifts completely overpriced. X
Skyline at sunset was awesome! Didn't like the fact we couldn't get in in the hour time frame of our booking time like the instructions said.

The staff were friendly from the moment you entered the building. Very helpful & knowledgeable . The price was well worth it. The views were AMAZING. The wonderful sights of the Hudson River from yachts to barges traveling up & down.Decorations, bathrooms, Cafe were all amazing. VIEWS OUTSIDE from DECK were gorgeous...so many photos opportunities. FABULOUS 2 hrs. Definitely will bring friends...I will be back.
The starry night, we have been eager to see, was so impressive and amazing. The experience to see masterpieces, Picasso, Matisse, Cezanne, directly with my own eyes was so great.
Not your fault but weather spoilt it , also could not walk on glass floor , loud school parties which I was not expecting, apart from the extra payment to climb , there didn't see much to do unlike ESB , Summit and World trade , it needs something else for the money I paid
It was wonderful, an incredible feeling. I've never climbed such a tall building for the first time, and I'm very grateful to have made such a memory.

The worker named Israel from Mexico City- was so nice, helpful and just made the experience so memorable!! He rocks 🥰
IT WAS AN INCREDIBLE VIEW OF NYC, the attraction starts in the elevator, I thought the projections on the walls were really cool, a mixture of technology and nostalgia. I also really liked the service and the organization, but it was a shame that the day was cloudy and the scenery was a bit spoiled. I'll definitely be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Incredible Experience at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt** Our visit to SUMMIT One Vanderbilt was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views of New York City that took our breath away. The immersive experience, combining art, architecture, and technology, created a truly unique atmosphere that we won't soon forget. The observation deck offers unparalleled 360-degree views of the city, and the mirrored rooms added a surreal, almost magical quality to the experience. Each level provided something new and exciting, from the glass floor to the open-air terrace. The staff was friendly and informative, ensuring we got the most out of our visit. Whether you're a local or a tourist, SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is a must-see attraction that offers an unforgettable perspective on the city. Highly recommended!

The view at night is so unique, stunning. Its so much to expierience on 3 floors. Its only fun and joy. The best roofdeck in the city. Thank you
From the moment we arrived, everything was expeditious, orderly and very organized, which made it easy to enjoy the marvelous viewpoint. I would also add that the chosen schedule was amazing to get to know New York at night.

Everything about the observation deck was amazing. I'm glad I got to have the experience to see New York from a hight would recommend it to everyone
A perfect view over the whole city! The viewing platform is so special that I will gladly come back a second or third time. The space with the silver balls you see on social media is also beautiful. Big praise also to the staff, who managed the flow of visitors quickly and in a friendly manner.

Excellent MOMA and the cruise. MOMA is always innovative and the exhibition is great. As for the cruise, I thought it was the best! Very good service and the guide explained everything during the trip and told us new facts!!! In short, very good and highly recommend the combo!!!

It was amazing!!! An incredible view of the city! I was there at night (10 p.m.) and really enjoyed it. Wonderful rooms, absolutely unique, something very special that you have to experience.
all very well, the truth feared that this was not true, but without any problems tickets to museums, theaters as the viewpoints I recommend without any doubt this site.

The experience was out of this world. We went at night and the lights of new York were fabulous. And the illusions were like taking a trip without drugs...lol
Early afternoon visit with clear skies. It made for breathtaking views and unforgettable photos. The activities were just as great. The floating balloons, the faces on panoramic screens... Too bad about the wait to take pictures in the air. But that in no way detracts from the pleasure of this activity.

Excellent I loved it. If I could go back I would and have a coffee in the clouds. The elevator was super fast and went up more than 91 floors.

The ticketing was seemless. The ride was fantastic. Lunch at Casa Bella in Little Italey was great. I highly recommend Hop On/Hop Off. A great way to see NYC

It's a great way to cover the world famous sights and monuments of NYC in this efficient manner. But something unfortunate happened. It started raining. so all the passengers from the upper deck rushed to the covered deck below. The driver forcefully shooed all the non seated passengers off the bus in the middle of nowhere, under pouring rain. I understand that this is a safety guideline but there ought to be a more considerate way of doing things. I felt so sorry for those who were affected.

Was too long sitting in traffic. Too much filler music on guided tour. How about educating us on all the gorgeous architecture, the beautiful churches? There was plenty more to talk about. And you really dont see many of the sights from the bus. A bit misleading. 2 of our headsets were static. Not worth the money.
Truly enjoyed the city tour. The 9/11 Memorial was something we will remember for a very long time. Tour touched a lot of different locations. I felt the commentary could have been better. It worked but more info and history would be good...a little humor too.
Easy on and off at lots of stops. Friendly helpful staff at each stop, and free!! I would've like to know that the last stop did not take us to the point where we boarded at 1st stop. They said we had to get off and wait 30 minutes for a new bus.

Excellent. The staff received us very kindly even though we were the last to board. The narrator of the story very pleasant, she was perfectly understood and we appreciated all the reviews she told about the sites and emblematic buildings. Highly recommended!

The boat cruise through downtown NY including the Statue of Liberty is spectacular, and not to mention the ascent to the Summit, that is an otherworldly experience that in most countries can not be lived. The professionalism and punctuality of the officials in charge of the events is impeccable. Congratulations.

I grew up in NYC and viewing the city from 93 floors up truly gives you new appreciation for how beautiful NY is and how much the architecture has changed. It was crowded but we still got great views and overall it was a fun experience.

Loved the whole experience. Liked the experience before even going up the elevator. Nice new attractions. Very nice touch. The play on the old architecture is wonderful. Even the suits of the staff was great.
We originally booked tickets for Sun evening but on arriving the weather was bad and told no view so we were easily able to change to another time.We changed to Tue 10am ,the opening slot. When we arrived at 9.50am there was already a huge queue down the street. We weren't sure whether to join it or go to the front...several other groups had the same confusion. We were allowed to go straight in as had early tickets but only because we asked..it's not very clear.Once inside there was already another large queue for security! We were abit limited for time due to all the queuing so rushed through the museum part which did look really interesting about how the building was constructed.Once at the top the view is awesome ..the lift is so fast up the 87 floors! It's all very organized, some of the staff are abit abrupt but they are trying to keep everyone moving along I guess.Large gift shop on the way out .

Fantastic opportunity to switch to another day to seeing the most fantastic view of all of NYC. Historical moment. Great museum, too!
Molly was the guide on our cruise around New York harbour / Statue of Liberty . She was really fabulous. Very knowledgeable and delivered the information well! I came away happy & with lots of new knowledge!
Ticketing experience was easy, museum was amazing - I hadn't expected the vast range of artists and art that was exhibited there (particularly from the likes of Van Gogh and Monet).
Loved all of it. Exceptional tour. The only thing that could be improved is the information on where to queue when first arriving. The man on the door didn't make it clear, then got cross when folks where getting it wrong. But it didn't spoil our tour of the building. And it's def best done at night. The view was incredible.

Everything was amazing: the view around the Rockefeller Center, the up and down with the elevators ... it was simple overwhelming!
Once I got there the views were amazing and it was such a clear day which I admit I wasn't really expecting. Would have perhaps needed a bit of snow on the rooftops to get perhaps more impressive photos. I am going to try and get at least one of the photos framed or made into canvas pictures.

In my opinion, Top of the rock is the most beautiful observation deck in New York. If you come at 4 pm you have a chance to see the city at dawn and at dusk! The view is breathtaking. In addition, a ride in the high-speed elevator to the 67th floor is an additional experience worth experiencing ! I recommend because to be in NYC and not see it is like not being there !
